Undeniable Healthcare, Fairburn

I am so grateful that I was able to be seen by Undeniable. My mother recommended that I go to them. After researching I discovered they were in my insurance providers network. I was not able to be seen by Concentra Urgent care so I had to quickly find an urgent care because it was close to the end of the business day. I arrived at Undeniable at 5:30 pm received X-rays and a prescription was ordered. I was discharged right before they closed. I thank God I was able to be seen.

I made the appointment the day before. I came in the staff was friendly and efficient .

This is about my third or fourth time being at this facility and I’ve always gotten good treatment. Today was even more tell when the staff (especially the nurse with short hair) make me and my company feels very comfortable.  The treatment and recommendations was also on point.  I willl continue to recommend friends and family.

I called the office to make an appointment because I was feeling awful. The staff member was helpful and able to make me an appointment the same day. Upon arrival, I checked in online and the website showed there were two people ahead of me. I went into the office and was seen shortly thereafter. The staff members were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and they allowed me time to address my concerns. The care I received was great and I decided to make Undeniable Healthcare my preferred provider.

Very professional and helpful

Everything was great! Except for the lady in the lobby talking on the phone very loud. Clearly she was ignoring the posted signs banning cell phone use in the lobby.

I went last minute for some newly onset hip pain and some asthma issues, the staff were so friendly and nice, they explained everything to me that was about to go on and the answered all of my questions. I think I will make this my primary and not just urgent care needs.

Fast and accurate service, they really care about you and ensuring you get the care that you need, I'm grateful because they are only minutes from my residence, Thank you all!
