First time I went there I left my insurance card. The young black lady pulled it up online and printed out and he gave it to me. It took every bit of a minute to find my insurance. I came back a week later I left my insurance card I told the next lady, she gave me a hassle on how she can’t pull it up for me. Will not pull it up for me. Try to talk to the supervisor was not available. The first young lady was very helpful. The second lady horrible I will not come to that facility again.
