I had a throat infection and I walk in at the urgent care this afternoon. I love the friendliness of the receptionist and Dr. Rosemary took good care of me. I recommend if you’re not feeling well don’t sit at home go to urgent care and you will be taken care of.

The satf was nice and professional, however, the doctor was not. The doctor not even checked on me. I went because of headaches and stomach problems. She didn't examined me, instead she send me to the pharmacy with a prescription for pepto bismol and a referral to do a CT scan. I'm home now with the same symptoms.

I am an out of state member and was refused service even after I obtained a Georgia account. If seemed like a technical issue but your staff was unable to get through to you IT department. After a couple of hours waiting in urgent care, they told me that I should go find care somewhere else.

One nurse wasn’t very friendly, provider was kind but did an awful job at patient care and assessment. She didn’t assess mt child AT ALL, he pulled away when trying to look at his ears and she said they looked fine, no way could she have seen them. Refused to do any testing on him because of his age and told me “I just work here” when I questioned not being able to swab him.
