PromptMD, Hoboken Urgent Care

Swollen finger, very painful. Scheduled for next day appt, waited in clinic, then in exam room ~40 min total. Efficiently diagnosed, tended to, and completed prescription.  This staff, doc, facility, is exceptional. Grateful to have in my ‘hood!

As always, my visit was excellent! The attention, patience & concern with which I am listened to as I explain reason for my visit is exceptional. Also, I am never left confused or not sure of diagnosis & instructions for care.

Walked in - was in and out with xrays, diagnosis, and boot for foot in under an hour. Team went above and beyond. Very impressed

The front desk Michelle was amazing, the MA Sam far exceeded expectations (so good at drawing blood) and the Provider Martha went above and beyond to make sure I was ok!!! Cannot say enough positive things about PromptMD Hoboken. 5 Stars!!!

Woke up with what seemed to me like UTI symptoms. This Urgent Care is right by my home and I was about to travel so I decided to run over and hope to get what I needed to start getting better.staff are all very nice there. Checkin was easy but, as is often the case, a bit annoying. What can you do? Nothing. I was right about what I had and a prescription was sent in. The doctor was very nice. Wish the wait had been a bit shorter, but that’s life. Am now on the medication and hoping I start improving quickly.

Had swelling in my hand from a dog bite.  Got examined & 2 scripts that are already taking down the swelling. Not sure why I couldn’t get a tetanus booster there, on site; however, got it done shortly thereafter at CVS.  The staff there (1st street location) are so kind.

I had torn skin on my hand from a scratch. Really nasty.  My efforts to self doctor were not looking good. I was seen quickly, courteously, and felt relief that my concerns were met with kindness. I have full confidence in the staff. I went on recommendation of friend & have passed my experience to others. Hoboken is well served by your staff & facility.

I’m very pleased with the crew, care and treatment given at Prompt MD. This was the best service I’ve had in a couple of years. I will continue to seek treatment here when necessary.

Super easy walk-in experience. Dominika was super communicative about every step I was going to experience. I felt cared for.

The Prompt MD on 1st Street in Hoboken has been my go to medical provider for years for urgent care. I’ve had stitches for lacerations, cold and flu care and other assorted issues addressed there.  I recently had a very severe sore throat treated by PA Liz and Ryan.   They were great! They take the time to listen and absorb the information before forming a treatment plan. The support staff is excellent as well. I’m so very fortunate to have this office in my neighborhood.
