I did a TeleMed because I was very certain that I had a sinus infection. I’ve had them before never had a problem with allergies, but the doctor refused to give me antibiotics for a sinus infection. Ended up having to go get one yet not sure I would ever use again..

My virtual doctors appointment was prompt with no hold time. I am just having a hard time contacting Priva Health regarding my daughters doctors note for school. I am not able to access her doctors note that the doctor left and it and it’s starting to be a inconvenience to have to call back repeatedly to request it. I am being forwarded to a voicemail.
