PM Pediatric Urgent Care, Tarzana CA

Thank you for a great experience. Each person we encountered was so kind and helpful, starting with the front desk, then the nurse, then the physician. And they were great with my 6 year old. They were thorough and clean and the place and care were especially geared towards kids. I actually called back to get names because of their kindness. So thank you Monica, Nathan, LVN, and Dr. Bhatt for bringing your naturally kind selves into your work. My family appreciates each of you!

Dr. Epstein and his staff took excellent care of my baby. They went above and beyond to make sure that my child was well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic!

This was an amazing place to take our baby. Wait time given I was a walk-in wasn’t too bad. The staff and doctor was really nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Clean facility as well. Highly recommended!

Great nurses and great doctor. A bit of a wait but what can you expect with urgent care?

I love bringing my daughter here staff is great, they always treat us well and make my daughter feel safe and not afraid. Usually out within an hour . Love it

The Dr. was very caring and had very good bedside manners.

We found making the appointment online easy , when I called the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and they accommodated a last minute request to see my son at the same time as my daughter for a last minute issue that came up and he didn’t have an appointment. Overall we were very happy with the whole experience. One bit of feedback, and why I am posting here instead of publicly on google, because I would hate to see you have a negative comment after having such a nice visit— it didn’t bother me because my kids are 10 and 15, but when we entered the office, stranger things was playing on the main tv in the lobby and in particular it was a sex scene and a very scary monster scene. There was a little boy there hiding behind his dads leg who seemed afraid of the content on the tv. If I were to have been there with younger kids, I would very likely have walked right back out the front door and never go back. I’m thinking pediatric office, something like paw patrol would be much more appropriate for your clientele. Other than stranger things playing from one episode to the next, and feeling bothered by it for the younger kids who were visiting the office, we had a great experience.

Dr David Epstein was wonderful. He has a very calming sweet personality that really helps when you’re not feeling well. I would recommend him to anybody! Wonderful doctor!
