NextCare Urgent Care, Oak

Been battling apparently Bronchitis for a while.  Came in, booked an appointment, waited an appropriate time for urgent care.  I was given Prednisone which greatly helped within a couple hours.  Took the providers advice to add vitamin C,D and zinc and drink 100 ounces of water, stopped working out which was aggravating my condition and feel great today.  Little disappointed with my provider back home in MN that I went in a couple times and it got to this point but grateful that I was able to get it taken care of down here.

I had a sore throat and was losing my voice so I went in after work at 6 o’clock. I arrived at 6:27 and wasn’t seen until 10 o’clock at night. The front desk staff was very rude and did not help me. I was having problems with the online app on my phone, no one would help me look at me or even give me eye contact when I asked a question. I sat and waited and waited and waited until I was finally seen. Whil waiting, I overheard one of the girls on the phone saying she was going to quit her job and this place needed to shut down and that there was only one person working in the back and she was tired of working late all the time!  very unpleasant experience I did to the back. The nurse practitioner was very nice and helpful. I would never return to this facility again.

There is no urgency at urgent care… pathetic! The walk in clinic should be called the WALK OUT clinic.   Don’t waste your time with an appointment…. 4 times now I was there for my appointment on time & saw the PA between a 1.5 to 2 hours later.  This place is about cash and  numbers of patients.  Customer service has been replaced by everything being done on your cell phone and attitudes of indifference.   If you can get an answer on the phone (85 rings counted) be warned because not one thing from prescriptions to paperwork has to be followed up by phone  because every level just forgets to do it as promised.   This Scottdale clinic is an incredibly understaffed and medical guesses requiring return trips nonstop.   It’s a pretty building with no substance inside.   There is no way I would recommend this place to anyone for any reason.  Go to an emergency room rather than enriching some phantom Doctor.

This location is always clean and the physician on staff was thorough, took his time and kind and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. The staff was kind and courteous and moved things along.

Im traveling for business and found myself with an ear ache. The staff were quite speedy and friendly. Facilities are clean and scheduling was easy.

Everything was great except for having to wait for more than two hours. Still, it's faster than waiting for an appointment with my PCP, so still worth it.

Was on time and in quick.  Fixed me right up with no issues great communication.

We had a great experience with the provider and he was very kind and patient with our concerns over our 2 yo.

Great staff and experience! It wasn’t too long of a wait and the nurses and doctor were all great!
