Amazing service and fast. This is what urgent care should be.

I’ve been ill for 5 days. My thought process has not been on par so making an appointment was a challenge. Upon arrival the front desk staff was excellent. She was helpful, directing me on what was needed and what was not. When called back, the medical assistant was just as responsive, taking the additional information, vitals, and leading me to the next area all in a very professional yet friendly manner. Once with the medical practitioner, he was quick yet thorough, asking necessary questions, and completing the physical exam. Overall this is our go-to emergent, non-emergency facility. Highly recommend the facility, the staff, and even the website.

We are frequent patients with a 8 and 13 year old. I wish making an appointment online doesn’t require having to fill out a complete new form everytime we go. My insurance, adress, age, and personal info doesn’t change. It feels like I have to fill in as much info as I was a new patient. Please remedy this.

Check in was easy but I sat in the lobby for ten minutes and no one is working the counter. The machine to take payment did not work. You are not able to tap your credit card. I could tell this was her pain point in the job. The person taking my vitals was friendly and kind and the nurse was top notch. The staff made it comfortable. The wait was long though.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and decided to book an appointment with Next Care. My overall experience is consistently amazing. Since the moment you arrive you are greeted by the nicest receptionist. Christa Crumrine FNP is the best practitioner in town. Her and the team are Amazing, providing exceptional customer service and patient care. Thanks again for all your support.

My child woke up with a sore throat and a headache. I was able to book a same day appointment. When we arrived we waited less than 10 minutes to be seen and less than 20 minutes to be examined, tested and discharged! Very quick and efficient. My only complaint was the lack of warm bedside manner by the practitioner that saw my daughter. He was very short and to the point, barely speaking and asking for any concerns I had as a parent. Other than that it was a good visit.

My 13 year-old daughter played around with her eye lids and got a sty. Her eye swollened up and became red. We went to the NextCare Urgent clinic to check it out. They were excellent in providing quick and quality medical service. The staff was friendly. All documentation was done on their App. Very easy to complete. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Cost was $36 after insurance. Very reasonable.

I’d been coughing my head off for a week and ruled out Covid but not getting better.  Needed a place that took TriCare.  I was a walk-in and whole process was super fast.  Lady at front desk wonderful.    They called In prescription and it was actually there when I went to pick up
