NextCare Urgent Care, Phoenix (E Greenway Rd)

Susan and the Greenway office coordinated very well with the history and input I had from another physician’s assistant. The medical assistant who drew my blood did the job smoothly and , as a retired RN, I was quite impressed. The instructions Susan gave me were appropriate and I appreciated how pleasant the experience was, since this was my first visit to a Next Care office. The only thing that needed cleaning was the inside top to the trash can which looked soiled when in the raised position…probably not something the staff had noticed. I would highly recommend this provider.

After goin to Honor Urgent Care earlier in the day to address my cut hand, who did not properly care for it, the team and especially the doctor at this Next Car was exceptional.  They stitched my finger and cared for me.  So grateful!  Great service!

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The staff was efficient and pleasant. They helped me when I wasn’t feeling well and I was out of state.  Dr. Crapo was kind and efficient. He made sure I had a copy of my prescription in case I ended up at the wrong pharmacy and the front office receptionist wrote down the address without me asking to make sure I made it to the right pharmacy. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the meds since it was late at night, but they helped me make sure it would happen. Thank you!

Have had chest pain and coughing for about a month honor health nurse on 16th street and Bethany home told me it was allergies (very rude). I came to this urgent care and I saw Kimberly she was so nice and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor who actually listened. I’m glad I went here and she took me seriously

I woke up with an eye infection and had been sick for a week. Staff was friendly and polite. Provider was patient, caring and took time to explain my diagnosis. Excellent care!

Had come in but was at a different urgent care because I have an ear infection and it hasn’t gotten any better with ear drops and I came in here and they looked at told me the actual problem and was quick and easy

There was an emergency when I came to Urgent Care, thus the reason for a long wait. The staff was very apologetic. Aside from a long wait, everything and everyone was super efficient, professional and kind. I had insurance so no out-of-pocket for me.

The staff was very helpful and made sure I got out of there to pick up my prescription before the pharmacy closed. Very appreciated!

Great staff, clean environment and excellent service. The only fault was the wait time which is very long.
