The girl upfront who took my insurance was so rude, she has no customer service it’s sad cause people can be feeling really sick and for the first person you encounter to be like that it’s disgusting . Other then that the other staff were nice but the one lady I wish I got her name rude ass girl. Disgusting behavior not helpful, mad about everything.

Had hiccups all night chest started hurting. Came in wasn't busy. I have no Insurance got charged 335.00 for Visit which is ok if they do something. But I go back tell them my symptoms Dr said you need to go to hospital then still got charged another 15.00 for service.. so upset 😡 😪 Never go to Nextcare again. Just go to hospital.

Solo terminé de llenar el papeleo enseguida me llamo la enfermera no recuerdo su nombre, enseguida la doctora P Veleta me atendió de lo mejor me Neubulizo y me recetó medicamento ya logré dormir bien en la noche, Gracias muy buen servicio!
