My 1 year old had an ear ache/ infection. I already have the solv app so it made it very easy to schedule a last minute appointment when pcp was not available. Because I was the only one staff was immediately able to check me in and I was seen quickly. The RN was even nice trying to keep my son distracted while we got his pulse oxy. They were even nice to let my other kid know about the candy sucker she could have.
