My symptoms are in that weird boat of “who knows” so I knew while there wasn’t much to know with 100% certainty, I’m glad things were tested and I feel better about those negative results. The staff was friendly and place very clean. It was short and good news, and even without meds they gave me a good care plan to try and ease my symptoms.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful, I forgot my ID and insurance card because I just got off work and had a sick baby so I was in a hurry. She helped me through all of that, then the doctor we seen was amazing! She was so kind to me and my baby, she made sure I felt heard with all of my concerns and helped ease my mind with everything. She listened to my mom panic and just was so caring to my baby.

I had an 1130 appointment got there very early 1015am they took me in at 1030 people were very nice and understanding for my pain they checked me out and gave me a shot for the pain and pain meds sent me for a X-ray wating for results on that and they will let me know more if not better in 5days follow up with my doctor

I am traveling through the area but needed to be seen for an issue. Called this morning, got an appointment for later in the morning. I completed the registration form on line so when I got to the clinic I was seen in 5 minutes. This was the fastest and nicest visit I have ever had at an urgent care facility. The PA listed to what I told her and we came up with a plan. Highly recommended this facility

I visited the tramonto location yesterday and it was great. The Dr. held off on one prescription as I thought that I had it at home. There was very little left. Now I can’t reach anyone to ask them to send it over.
