NextCare Urgent Care, Phoenix (E Thomas Rd)

Scheduled for 10AM appt. & left @ 12. I was informed that there was only 1 provider so not their fault but still frustrating.

Dr. Smith is very attentive. She does her best at figuring out with is wrong with her patients

Both my sons had been seen as I did. We got in right away and were seen promptly . The staff and this location is always fantastic

I have not been feeling good for a week so I decided to get checked out. I made an appointment online and when I got there, but wait time was minimal. I was seen quickly treated and finished up in a decent amount of time. I would definitely come back here.

Receptionist was super nice and understanding! Health care team was also awesome and educational!

I had the weirdest interaction at this appointment. They called me as I was already driving to my appointment to tell me that they can’t do a TB test and a physical in the same appointment, which didn’t make any sense. I still went with it and told them they could just do the physical and refill some of my prescriptions and I would just make another appointment for the next day. Then when I get there, all the staff is so confused. They don’t know how to do a physical and they don’t have any paperwork that would say that I went there and got a physical. Literally all they were able to do was refill two prescriptions for me. I left went 5 miles down the road to a CVS minute clinic that did the physical and TB test for me as a walk same day. Literally the most confusing interaction with healthcare professionals I have ever had. Especially as a nurse who’s in school to become an NP and getting these things done to fill school requirements, I don’t understand what was so confusing for the NP taking care of me because I’m sure she had to do all these same things to be an NP. Obviously I’m not coming back to this urgent care.

I thought the staff did a great job 👏 got the help I needed even though I had to wait a while but it’s not a big deal. I work in healthcare so I know how busy and dangerous the job is nowadays for medical staff. I was glad they put up pictures saying they won’t tolerate outbursts which made me feel safe. I highly recommend this urgent care

Took a long time in the back room to wait for a physician but maybe that's normal at an urgent care I don't know. Other than that I'm mainly leaving a review due to the staff. Very nice!! Especially the petite lady in the front with long curly brown hair. Her customer service is the only reason I'm writing a review.

She told me I have Bronchitis! Check in process was easy! Wait time not the greatest

This is our go to office for my daughter’s sports physical. It’s always convenient and seamless. Even when it’s needed at the last minute.
