Overall great place to come to. All services were amazing

Dr Familusi blatantly refused to test my blood for potassium, which was well within the capabilities of this facility, declaring that I would need to go to the ER because a potassium level of 5.7 as noted on a previous blood test from my PCP, was “Acute” hyperkalemia and would need to be treated at a hospital. The Nurses and Doctors at Baylor Scott White Sunnyvale drastically disagreed with that assessment as it was within normal range. I suffered an immense amount of undue anxiety and suffering from Dr Familusi’s lack of fundamental healthcare knowledge. I will be sending my hospital bill to NextCare as I believe Dr Familusi is directly responsible for the whole of my bill from this Hospital visit due to her absolute lack of knowledge.

Appointment time was 5pm. I got off early called off to see if could be move up.. told yes and come in.. sat in off till original time.. I could have waited at home. I shouldn't have had to wait if I was told to go ahead and come in. Triage nurse was great and doctor was excellent.

Sinus infection , doctor was very good and asstnt was very very good.

Woke up this morning with pain and redness in one eye.  Was checked in and seen within 15 minutes.  Office staff very pleasant and prompt.  Doctor Fitzgerald was very thorough in his examination and  addressed my concerns.  It’s my second time coming here and will come back again if needed .

Took an hour to get into a room. I got there early 20 minutes before appointment times

Very nice and attentive with my baby, very lovely hospitality with no wait time

I didn’t have an appointment. Didn’t wait long to see the health person. I was in pain. The people were very patient.

Had an accident. After I got there within 15 min they called my name. After another 15 min they were already cleaning the wound for stitches. Great service. Renee the niece and the doctor Cary.

Doctor had X-rays taken. Gave me pills for my cough , which I already had a cough . Had a very bad pain in my back where I hit the flower bed brick wall when I fell backwards. Now my back has a bruise on it  and still hurts very bad . Doctor didn’t give me anything for my back , why ??
