NextCare Urgent Care, Clear Lake - a BSWHealth partner

Tried to schedule an appointment for last night but received a call saying they did not have a provider there and had already stopped takes virtual appointments.  Made an appointment for the next morning where I waited over an hour to see the doctor provider. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot and all the rooms were open when I went in - the waiting area was empty.  The doctor said there was a rush of people that came in.  Highly unlikely.  I’ve used this facility for years but it’s fine time for a change.

Wasn’t impressed at my visit…guess they can only serve people with cold/flu issues. I was definitely impressed when I received a voicemail message this morning checking in on me. Who does this any more? Even though they couldn’t help me, they did want to find out how I was doing.

Needed a last-minute ear irrigation, and nextcare came through again! In and out in less than 30 minutes with very friendly approachable staff! would not change anything, thank you again guys😃

I have a UTI doc checked urine sample  Said there was blood in my urine Said there was nothing wrong  Did not prescribe meds for UTI Now I have to go to another doctor and pay another 50.00 dollars to get the medication I need to get rid of this Painful UTI

The wait time was kind of long when it wasn’t no one in the waiting room. Now the front desk receptionist was so kind and sweet. The Doctor I seen was a female and she was awesome the best doctor I have seen in a long time. Very kind, she was very knowledgeable with what I was describing AWESOME Staff!

I dropped by after work because I had an UTI. There was only one patient ahead of me so I was seen quickly. Dr. Hain was very professional, courteous, and addressed all of my concerns.

Personable friendly staff. Efficient; didn't waste time. Miss Madison & Miss Hain were very Profesional . Called me back by phone in a timely manner.

This place is so nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. The doctors and Pa's are very nice and professional. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly woman who gave me my paperwork and processed my information quickly. The nurse was great and I really liked the NP who was very helpful and informative with what I had. I was very impressed with NextCare on Nasa Rd.
