NextCare Urgent Care, Glendale (W NorThern Ave)

Came in with lot of pain in buttocks with swelling and pain on left buttock cheek. PA found hemroids were swollen and bleeding prescribed meds. Said pain would go away with medication. Called pharmacy to see if prescription ready they said my insurance didn't cover and PA needed to call them for alternative. That still hasn't happened. Woke up next day in so much pain I was literally in tears got some preparation h which eased pain in hemeroids. Had to put ice on buttocks to ease that pain and swelling. Prescription still hasn't been changed with pharmacy. Will not be coming back to this particular Nextcare

Alyssa and her team were very quick about booking me in to the office about my symptoms tonight... Although I saw a lot of people I was planning that I would be waiting about one hour or so... But to but to my.."chaghrin"..I was only waiting.approximately.. ... " 5 "minutes LO.L👍👌 Thanks To the physician's assistant she was able to prescribe medication that hope that I can pick up tomorrow before I go to work... I'm glad that this is a place.I can come to 24/7..👍👌 They were very helpful and very understanding.And I like this place a lot because they care for you.And care about what happened to you next LO.L... And they also tell you how many times you take the prescription and how many that they are going to give you in the prescription bottle.👍😉 Until then.. Have a wonderful day.. And a beautiful... Extremely great care, adorable. Staff, nurses and Doctors are compassionate along with high expertise.

Service was good my problem was that the dr only prescribed 3 pills for my gout . I was very disappointed because a day later I’m still in pain. Honestly it was a waste of 40 dollars copay and 3 dollars for the pills. The dr should have prescribed me at least 3-5 days of medication.  So I called back 4am in pain. Hopefully the dr will understand that 3 pills was not sufficient to resolve me issue.

Redundant paperwork in the medical field is always a bother especially when you feel like crap.

Everything was great. I just hate to wear a mask if I'm not the sick one. I get hot flashes and I'm claustrophobic. But other than that everything was pretty good.

They did not have an x-ray tech working on the Sunday when I went in, this meant I had to go to a separate place for the x-ray. This prolonged the process. Other than it was great service.

I was in intense pain after they gave me a shot for an illness i had. They tried to rush me out. The doctor was very helpful though.

Scheduled appoint this morning for afternoon. Checking was easy, Jason was intuitive, patient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Great staff!! I recommend this office.

We accidentally showed up to the wrong location for our daughter’s sports physical but the staff was so kind and got us in promptly as a walk-in. Wait time was minimal and we got to see the doctor pretty quickly. Overall, really recommend this location and we’re so thankful everyone was so helpful.
