The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The nurse practitioner who helped me out was very professional and I felt very comfortable talking to her about my situation. Thank you!

Did a home Covid test said positive so needed an official one for work got the appointment quick and easy took an hour from appointment time to end which is quick!

The assistant that took my vitals was very friendly and nice also was very knowledgeable felt very comfortable with him you should have a lot more employees like him. And the doctor or physician assistant that attended me was very nice took the time to listen to the reasons why I was there and explained to me so I can understand more of why and how sciatic nerve pain very nice very knowledgeable very comfortable with her as well the other assistant that gave me the steroid shot it was very nice and friendly like I said you should have a lot more employees like these

I'm glad that they took in walk-ins, when we checked in they had us all use our phone to check in which I liked since everyone had their own germs. the staff were friendly and caring while waiting the the room it was quite a while wait but they were able to help us out so it was worth the wait. I definitely would recommend this but if possible schedule online first.

Cut my little finger on Sunday night and can't stop bleeding. I call and schedule the appointment, it was easy and no need to wait for a long time. Receptionist, Provider and all staff are polite and patience. The Provider carefully to take care of my wound. Highly recommend. Thank you

Very friendly staff.   I got right in.   I felt worse after I left than when I went in.  An assistant tried rinsing  out my ear wax.  The room started spinning and I got so dizzy.   I had to tell him to stop.   Then the NP came in with what felt like tweezers to get the wax out.   The pain was unbearable.   She called in a script for me  but the pharmacy could not fill it because there was no end date for the prescription.    I called several times.  They assured me they sent it in with a date but the pharmacy did not receive it.  Finally I drove there to get it myself and they gave it to me without the date!!   I had to tell them to have the NP put a date on it.   Finally got it and my meds that I should have had many hours before.  I will not go to this Urgent Care again

I've had a constant cough over the past few days which affected my sleep and caused me to gag at times. My visit to NEXTCARE was great from start to finish. Great staff!!
