Had a cough for three days. Scheduling was easy. Body ache. When I was finally seen they took a flu test. Put in a room for 45 minutes. Someone came in and said I could go. I said I wasn’t seen. Waited another 15 minutes. Walked out with NEVER BEING SEEN Very disappointed

My Urgent Care visit went well the staff was friendly and was able to answer my questions. However at the end of my check up I felt I was rushed because I had more questions but the person helping me was walking towards the door so I figured that was her saying the visit was done. But other than that everything went well. I’ve been using this urgent care for 3 years and it’s gotten better but always room for improvement.
