My appointment was set up for 11am I was running late but before I came in I even checked in thru my email called and said I was running a little behind so showed up I was upset that I had to pay a copay to see the doctor but I was willing to do just that this other women came right in the door and was able to see the doctor before me whole time filling the forms and the staff knew her or something I don't know this place is not for me one heavy set receptionist is rude as hell but no bad customer experience for me!!!!
