There is no way this place deserves five stars. I wouldn't have given it one if I'd had the option. Let me tell you about my day today: I awoke with a searing sore throat and ear ache. Made a reservation for 4:40 Pm. At 6:20 I finally saw the nurse practitioner who said I had a sinus infection and needed an antibiotic. Sure, a long wait, but I was okay with that. The problem? NO ONE CALLED IN MY PRESCRIPTION!!! Two hours later, I went to pick up my antibiotic and it hadn't been called in. Walgreens even checked their voice mail. Nothing. And so I have to wait until tomorrow --MORE THAN 12 HOURS AFTER I SAW A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, FEELING WORSE AND GETTING SICKER -- until I can call Midwest Express River Forest and hopefully get the prescription I need. That's seems a bit unethical to me... unprofessional? Honestly, there are better urgent cares in the Oak Park/River Forest area. There's no need to go here.
