I’ve never used Solv to book an appointment but I’m glad I did. I was able to book an appointment for the Midwest Express Clinic relatively easily, for the next day (Sunday). When I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly greeted by staff and taken back to an exam room. I saw a doctor in under 45 minutes. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy during my visit with no issues. Overall, I’m very pleased with the booking process and staff at Midwest Express Clinic in River North Chicago!

Reception greeted me and was very nice and helpful. Nurse who took my vitals was very optimistic and made me feel welcomed. The new physician was wonderful, but she brought in another Dr to have second set of eyes to see my infection. She had blonde hair with terrible bedside manners you could tell she had been there a while. She has a terrible tone and was very judgmental in the manner in which she asked medical questions. My father is a medical director of an icu in another state and I’ve been around doctors my whole life and one thing I cannot stand is a judgmental Doctor. I would recommend this clinic but maybe the blonde needs a break. I’m calling her the blonde one because she couldn’t even be bothered to introduce herself.
