I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The office manager was so friendly and understanding. He made my daughter and I feel heard and comfortable. The doctor came in right away. She was just as friendly. She listened to my daughter’s concerns and my daughter felt comfortable explaining her situation. We didn’t feel rushed by the doctor. It was a great experience with a great team working together.

Forgive me, I can’t remember anyone’s name but the NP, clinic manager and the triage nurse were all so very nice to my 4.5 year old son while we waited for stitches. We have been here before for other emergencies and have always had a great experience. We always appreciate when the staff communicates every detail to our son as well so he’s not nervous.
