Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Stone Ridge

We came in without an appointment and we’re told that would be fine.  We were seated and given some pages to fill out on my phone. The doctor was pleasant and explained everything to our satisfaction.

They are great . I don’t have to call them to make appointments because I can do it by online. Great experience

Scheduling is always easy. Wait times are usually not long. Staff is friendly and doctors/PAs are always wonderful. They listen to you and give options for what can be done.

My daughter has seasonal allergies and sinus infection, it leads to asthma attack. We are so worry and thanks goodness every times when I call to ask questions or schedule an appointment, the lady always acts professional, care and quick to assist us. She will make her promise to call back us for update and confirmation very quickly and polite. Much appreciated with her help. Also the nurse and nurse practitioner treat our case sincerely, so we got a right approach on treatment. We have many bad experiences with other urgent cares with less copay, but we will certainly select little spurs pediatric urgent care with reasonable copay but much greater care for our children. Thank you.

Staff were kind and sweet. Again, the person doing vitals and NP did not introduce themselves, a very important aspect to using a clinic and not your routine physician.  Do not know their names. When checked in online, says there was no one in line, arrived in 20 min, and there were 4 patients in the lobby, wait wasn’t very long though. Also how do I obtain records for the visit?

All staff was super friendly, took time to listen and was very quick with test. Even sent medicine right away to the right pharmacy. The nurse practitioner was absolutely fantastic, she was nice, attentive, great with my child and was overall extremely pleasant. All in all excellent urgent care. If needed I will come back!

Picked my son up from school and he was breathing fast, and didn’t feel right. I was not able to get him into his pediatrics so I was glad that y’all could see him.  The staff was friendly, didn’t have to wait too long.

This was our first time needing urgent care for our toddler. Our kiddo's normal pediatrics office is closed on weekends, so we were happy Little Spurs was open on a Sunday. The wait wasn't long, and the doctor was attentive. We would visit this location again.

NP Katie was excellent, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were in and out within 30 minutes of our appointment.  Thank you!
