Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Potranco Road

Scheduling and check in was fast and easy. Staff was nice and the care was great.

My son had Fever of 104 I couldn’t get his fever down after giving him medicine every 4 hours. I noticed he had puss pockets and red dots on the back of his throat. Assumed he had strep. I booked an appointment which was easy to get in with many openings. After the provider examined my son she ordered strep test.after waiting some time on the results the MA came in and not the provider which I didn’t like the fact  the provider never came back in to discuss with me about the results and the test was negative. I had questions as to why is he having these symptoms. I was left with the MA answering questions which she didn’t know what was going on. I’ve been to this clinic many many times with my other children and not once did I walk out confused. Every physician that my kids have seen explained everything and took the time to examine my children. I ended up  taking my son to his pediatrician the next day and  he was diagnosed with hand foot mouth disease. Which makes since as to why he had a sore throat, Fever, and red dots. I felt horrible as a mother for not having answers for my son.

I never received his prescription in a timely manner. I had to wait until the next day.

I took my daughter yesterday with ear pain, everything was so easy, fast and with excellent attention from the moment I entered until the moment I left, I highly recommend it.

We’ve been to Little Spurs a couple times and each time we forget we’re at an urgent care. Everyone is so quick, caring and very sweet especially to the kiddos!

Very nice people will definitely go back didn’t wait much. They got done what had to be done thank you guys so much!!

My son hurt his leg playing sports. I scheduled online which was fast and easy, especially since they had his info saved. We got a room within 2 minutes. Staff was courteous and caring. The doctor treated my son effectively, and gave him medical equipment. Definitely will be going back.

Took my son in due to him feeling ill. NP was great along with the nurse. The office staff were rude and not helpful.

I felt heard and my opinion of the problem was respected!

This was by far one of the most enjoyable urgent care visits we have had since having a baby. The doctor was caring, and played with my daughter to make her comfortable. We were in and out in less than an hour which is surprising considering we tend to spend up to five hours in other places. The ability to make appointments and fill out paperwork prior to arriving made life so much easier. Thank you for an amazing experience!
