My sun had a rash. The staff help me come to the conclusion that it was allergies. I appreciate the fact that they didn’t make me feel crazy or over dramatic about my concerns for my baby. And the receptionist as well as all staff were exceptional in their service and friendliness. Thank you for helping us. We appreciate everyone involved in his care.

I took my babies here without an appointment and we were seen quickly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and the provider was knowledgeable and thorough.

My daughter is 10 and a half months old and she was diagnosed with her first cold. Being a first time mom I was highly emotional because I'm extremely exhausted from the long nights and her cries were killing my heart but the staff was very kind and very supportive especially the MA that took her vitals I didn't catch her name. I'm very impressed and very happy with the care my daughter received! Scheduling was easy online and they already knew who she was when I walked in and confirmed then quickly checked her in and wait time was all of two minutes everything about this place is awesome. Thank you guys!

I brought my daughter in for a stomach ache. Her main complaint was pain. Especially after eating or drinking. She was not nauseated nor had she vomited. Her stools were normal.  The MD on call, prescribed Zofran. Zofran is a specific medication that is not typically prescribed for minor stomach pain. I was alarmed and immediately discouraged. Before prescribing or offering to dispense a major medication the parent/patient should be informed about the impact this medication may have. There are other alternatives and Zofran should not be the immediate choice for a child exhibiting stomach discomfort.  I followed up with her pediatrician and it was confirmed that I made the right decision.

They were so attentive and friendly.. we really loved the way they treated us.. stuff was amazing..

Little Spurs Austin Hwy is our go-to when our children are feeling sick. The scheduling is easy and the staff is prompt and professional. I’ve visited this location a minimum of 6 times and the service has not changed.

So grateful that I was able to book a same day appointment with Little Spurs when my son complained of a horrible sore throat upon school pickup. NP Bustamante was excellent in her bedside manner, and immediately put my son at ease. She was super knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and provided us with clear next steps. So thankful for her wonderful care, and the great support staff at the Austin Highway office.
