Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Southwest

Scheduling is so easy and simple. And online check-in, I love. It speeds up the process. Staff is1 friendly.

My children always receive excellent patient care at the Southwest location but yesterday the entire team from front to back office truly showed how it is not just a job for them but how they have a true passion for patient care. Yesterday  I walked in with my daughter who I felt was in respiratory distress and walked out with her full of joy and smiles. She was triaged and evaluated immediately. Everyone constantly made sure my child was doing good and comfortable. Thank you so much Dr. Hilliard, Sabrina, Hideko, Elba, Crystal, and Lynda.

Took my grandson because we missed his doctor appointments and the lady that helped us was amazing. She gave me more information than the ER did and actually a better job than the ER. She provided me a plan so that he can actually get better. I am very grateful for her plus she actually listened to me and did not brush me off. Her bedside manner was amazing as well. Please send my gratitude to her and if possible have her manager know she was wonderful

Lovely office and ease of making appointments is great. NP Jacqueline saw us and she is fantastic. Great bedside manner and listened to me an my child.

I always take my boys to this clinic. I also schedule online. Check-in is easy, the wait time was good, the clinic is clean. The staff are nice . My son was seen by NP Joe , he was really nice we liked him a lot . He took his time and helped me with the concerns I had for my son. For example what probiotics & vitamins , that would be good for him because I really don’t know what to get him started on. So he was a big help , thank you so much. Y’all keep up the great job!! Thank y’all !! 😊

Brought my niece in for a visit ! Everything went by smooth! I appreciate the safety and concern they show as far as asking questions for the safety of the child when being brought in by a non custodial adult. Thank you Lynda and Crystal for being so kind and also thank you to Sabrina and the provider for taking the time and making my niece feel comfortable !!

My son complained about his throat hurting and was able to make an appointment quickly for the same day we were in and out with in an hour the staff was great and nice and we will be back in the future and will recommend y’all to everyone.
