Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Pleasant Grove

My son woke up with an ear ache so I knew he needed to be seen by a doctor. I googled urgent care’s in my area and stumbled upon this location that was much closer to my home than the other pediatric urgent care we normally go to. We arrived and from the moment we walked in the experience was great! From the front desk staff to the doctor who saw us, it was great! I’m so happy this location is here. I will use it from now on.

My daughter was send home from school due to sore throat and cough, was able to schedule my appointment at the time needed. Staff was great and answered all my questions.

We waited almost an hour to be seen even though we made an appointment ahead of time. Aside from that the Doctor was wonderful. She was great with out daughter and made sure she was comfortable with everything she was doing. And she did apologize for the wait. So even though the wait was long the service was 10 stars. Thank you!

The NP was great and understanding. She requested a breathing treatment for my child. His oxygen level was low. We waited for a 15 minutes I decided to check to see what was the delay. There was a nurse sitting by the desk on her phone. I asked her about the treatment, she then proceeded to put her phone down and check the files on the wall behind her. She reads it,sees that a breathing treatment was recommended. She then says "my bad". This little spurs is in a high minority community. It is very sad the level of service. I have been to other locations and services were up to par.

Everything and everyone was great at the clinic,that was my first time there but will not be my last.

It was the end of the day, I’m sure everyone is tired. The person taking my child’s swab seemed a bit frustrated that my child didn’t want to let them take a swab. From start to finish, total time here was a little over an hour. Toilet was clogged. Checking in was easy. We went in for a fever for one of my children, their sibling had strep. My child’s test was negative. We would have loved a throat culture to confirm, this was offered with my first child but not this one. They saw different doctors. Was told to just give Tylenol and Motrin. A bit disappointed to be honest.

The doctor is such a sweet and kind despite my little one being scared of the doctor she loved her and was even doing a handshake with her🥹 .Definitely will be coming back and recommend her 100%.

I had to go back because my daughter wasn’t feeling better and they were more amazing than the last time! Absolutely love this place!

Super easy to schedule. I had never been to this clinic before and fell in love with everything. We were instantly greeted at the door by the man at front desk. He was very nice and walked me thru the whole process. We were seen and attended within 30 minutes. It was all a great experience. The dr was extremely nice. Will return!

2 of my children were sick throughout the night, got online right away scheduled appointment to be seen the same day, scheduling online was extremely easy. Got to the clinic, very clean waiting room, staff at the front desk were very nice. Waited very little time, we were called back and put into a room within minutes of being at the clinic. The physician was extremely nice , polite, excellent bed side manners, did not leave the exam room until all questions were asked and everything including treatment was understood. I highly recommend the clinic at the Pleasant Grove location!
