Kidz Now Urgent Care, FM 78

Took my son in for an insect bite. Some offices make it seem like it’s no big deal and didn’t need to bring him, but the Dr we saw here made me feel at ease that I did the right thing bringing my baby in and turned out the bite was infected. Definitely recommend this urgent care.

Needed to get my 9yr daughter check out fast. Checking in was easy. The doctor bedside manner was wonderful. She really took the time to listen to my issue and really was able to talk to my daughter and explain things and details. I love how there’s a lot of female doctors.i would 100% recommend this location and group of doctors.

The staff called me to follow up on a recent visit, they were able to see me quick and the provider is AMAZING with my son. She is so attentive and sweet. He is usually scared of doctor visits but he feels safe with Dr Straughter. She is truly amazing.

My son woke up feeling sick. I have the flu. Got him in, tested, and back home. NP was GREAT!!!! Staff friendly. Definitely recommend with flying colors!

Convenient hours, especially for a weekend. From scheduling online to seeing the physician it was a total of about 35 minutes and I’ve never been anywhere where I’ve had great care and great service from an urgent care facility. The provider is down to earth and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning returning to that location should we need them in the future.

My foster baby spiked a fever, have gone to MANY facilities and often are not good. The staff, from the moment I walked in was amazing. So kind, so understanding, so cautious with my little. I Cannot speak highly enough of the care provided

We brought our 6 month old to be seen for cold symptoms and congestion. We were discharged with instructions to firmly pat her to hep move mucus and given tips on ways to help her cough. 3 hours later we found ourselves in the ER and diagnosed with RSV and respiratory problems. She was also mildly dehydrated.  Not one test was performed on our child to see what the virus was and she was having trouble breathing in office. No one ever even watched her bare stomach to be able to see the retractions happening! Seriously unbelievable.  There's no wait time because better care could be provided in the parking lot of a Walmart.

Took us in fast, friendly staffs and doctor. Although it was out of network. They were good!!

I took my baby for a late walk in since all the other urgent cares in the area were closed. This was very convenient. The staff didn’t seem upset that I arrived 40mins before closing time. They took care of my baby and made her feel at ease which is hard to do. The doctor was super nice and very knowledgeable and polite. Definitely recommend.
