My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Unfortunately, the clinic was "out of rapid strep tests." Unless related to supply chain issues, this is unacceptable for an urgent care facility. I spent time and money to visit this site because it has a really good reputation but walked away undiagnosed.
