Had an appointment at 7:30pm once I arrive the doctor was upset that I was scheduled for that time she was loud and rude about it. Made me feel uncomfortable once I was sat in the back she walked in didn't ask how doing or anything just asked what I'm there for at this point the energy in the room was off you can tell she was over it and didn't want to be there anymore. I asked her coming here is a waste of time. In her response she said Ive took care of 55 people today I can help you but I can't. Offered me a Morton and sent me on my way. I'm still in pain and my foot still swollen.

My doctor's office recommended City life health because there wasn't an appointment at her office for three weeks. I couldn't wait that long with an infection. I've never been to a urgent care facility, but this one is first rate from the beginning. I would recommend City life health without a doubt.The doctor was wonderful, took time to explain everything. The wait time was shorter than I expected. I booked my appointment on my phone.

I have been here twice! Receptionist is lovely… some of the nurse assistant are not too friendly but the doctor Gladys made sure I was at ease and handled with care. Reasons to return but all staff should make patients feel comfortable. It’s hard finding good doctors

I was turned away from another facility and saw a flyer with a QR scanned it and took a chance as I was in a bit of a time constraint. The location is unassuming and sketchy but to my surprise, intake, attentiveness, and quality of care was efficient and of a standard I didn’t expect. This is a no frills kind of place. The receptionist/administrator, nurse and provider were all so kind! I was in and out and happy!
