Very poor customer service. Front desk young African American women was very rude and not friendly at all. No uniform wearing her own jacket (very bad look for business practice) and her poor customer service skills. As I was, leaving the office she was looking like sleeping on the desk. I made appointment at 15:20 was not seen til 16:02. No apologies or anything. RN he was not friendly like he hates his job. Won’t be coming back. The only good thing was physician assistant. That’s all.

We are visiting from out of town and I’ve started feeling bad upon landing in Dallas. Thought I could sleep it off but when I woke up this morning realized I could not. So I googled urgent cares in the ZIP Code of which I am staying and found you all and was on board once I saw I could make an appointment. Ambrielle the nurse was amazing and kind!!!
