The doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition and what works and what doesn’t work. He listened to me and recommended what he thought would work best. Had a cough for a week and the urgent care nurse was right on it. She gave me all I need to kick this viral cold! And she didn’t hesitate to get me the care I needed. We had a hiccup with the app and doing the video call there but she called me instead and we did the visit over the phone.

Couldn’t take it anymore and had no energy to make it into an urgent care or my PCP.. was able to schedule a Tele-Health appt in a matter of minutes . The doctor listened to my concerns and quickly assessed the situation and was getting meds for me quickly so I can try to get rest with this persistent cough . Thank you!
