Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care, Gallatin

I arrived home from work to my teenage daughter who felt absolutely terrible. It was 6:00 on Friday evening, so I knew the pediatrician wasn’t an option. The Ascension team was fantastic. They took great care of us, we were seen quickly, flu meds were sent to our pharmacist and available within the hour. This is our 5th time using this clinic and it will continue to be our first choice.

We both were very satisfied with our experience with the urgent care. Even when my phone wouldn't let me register online, the receptionist got us in quickly. Staff was great. Care was great. Thank you.

Scheduling appt was easy and fast. Wait time was less than 5 mins. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Everyone was patient and kind and great with my son. Definitely recommend!

Was not greeted upon entering the building, nobody at the front desk.  Waited at least five minutes before being greeted.  You could hear them in the back laughing and talking.  The Physician Assistant acted like he could care less about me or even about being there.  Most unfriendly atmosphere I’ve ever been in at an Urgent Care.  Will NOT go back and would not take a family member or friend here.

I was a new patient walk in. Sign in and new patient sign up was easy to do. There was no wait time. The nurse and attending physician were friendly but professional. Their diagnosis was what I suspected. When medical care is needed again, I will go there again.

We are full time RVers and we were staying at a local campground when I became ill. We were fortunate to find  Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent care and the service was outstanding. The receptionist was extremely friendly and she processed me in seamlessly. The doctor was friendly and professional and put me at ease. He Made a diagnosis, wrote prescriptions, and I was on my way. I feel blessed to have located this medical facility and due to my care, I’m on the road to recovery. Thank you.

Had sinus infection all weekend came in confirmed infection got steroid shot and med

Had a horrible cough for five days even after trying all the over-the-counter medicines. Finally made the call to make an appointment and I’m glad I did turns out I had bronchitis. I am on the mend now.

After realizing that I had a UTI, I scheduled an appointment using my phone. I was also able to complete all the pre-visit documentation. I got in the car, drove there and was seen at the time scheduled. They are efficient and accurate. The prescription they provided is the best for UTI's I have ever used. Oh. And that was ready in 1 hour.
