Was able to get my daughter in to be seen, which was wonderful. Love this place overall, but theybsaid that they would email over the doctor's note for the school "in five minutes" and never did it. Follow through could be improved.

I was here once before with a little one last minute as she was experiencing some discomfort. I went to a closer urgent care that sent us away 1 hour before closing. ALPHA med is true to it's name. They took us in as we shot across a few blocks and made it there 30 minutes before closing. They did the right thing and didn't turn away a child that was experiencing a certain kind of discomfort that adults wouldn't deal with. I was blown away by the kindness and cleanliness of the staff and the facility. I was also thoroughly impressed by the wait time and the ability to move though the visit so quickly and effectively with that pace in mind. I would recommend this place to everyone even if I'm giving away this perfect secret of a spot.
