I made an appointment online. Arrived at the time for my visit to be told that they don’t make appointment and I have to wait 40 minutes. Then receptionist gave me attitude and said to go to emergency room instead where wait times are 8 hours. So unprofessional. No one washes their hands when walking into my exam room. Just immediately jumping into checking throat and ears and taking test?!?!
