I called at 7:25 to make sure I could still be seen since they close at 8, they told me to come on in. The front desk lady was so sweet and helpful. The assistant in the back was so sweet as well and she made conversation, took good quality care of me and had a great personality. The Dr was kind and made good conversation as well. They saved me a trip to the ER and I was so thankful! Five star all around!

Scheduling was great, staff was great, care was great. Always incredibly kind. Downside was the wait, BUT, it was due to our goofy insurance, and figuring out whether the visit would be covered. The ladies at the desk tag teamed to get answers from representatives who were initially giving pretty ambiguous information. I was ready to just pay everything out of pocket to get the appointment done, but these ladies made sure to get the correct answers, insisting that they wouldn’t let me pay if I didn’t have to. Now, THAT was appreciated!
