Came in with a severely sprained ankle. Very strange how little instruction and listening was provided. All exit paperwork said to use boot and care as instructed before I left. Unfortunately there was no instruction, just insistence that I’m trying to get out of work (based on the provider’s previous bias against seeing many workers comp patients- from her own description) when I was bringing up real concerns I had about going back. Even though there was no one waiting when I came in, I was spoken to like it was a nuisance to talk about my care more than three minutes.

Was able to get same-day appointment. Everyone in this office was very professional and they efficiently addressed my problem. The printed detailed instructions for follow-up were clear. I recommend this office for medical care. The only downside was the online registration. Some doctor offices have you open each PDF (HIPPA, etc) and sign each form separately. This office wants you to read each of the four(?) PDFs and then sign off. The instructions were not clear and it took me maybe 30 minutes plus help from the receptionist to complete my online registration. Maybe you can add more explicit instructions?
