The receptionist was very polite and welcoming and showed a lot of compassion. I really appreciated her being so patient with me. I was there 10 minutes before I saw the physician that included completing paperwork. The physician listen to my issues and explained what he was going to do and he was spot on and gave me my shots and I felt relief immediately. I’m so grateful for them .

I seen the now open sign and was out of my blood pressure medicine and in desperate need for help.I walked in and they were so polite and very quick to greet and help me.It was a very pleasant experience!They had me in and out of there very pleased in no time!The Whole entire staff was wonderful and I highly recommend going there if you are ever in need of urgent care!

The guy who check me in was an asshole. I try to explain that I have my max deductible met for the year and that I don’t any copay. I even login to the BCBS portal to show him. He was being difficult and rude. When I was getting X-ray he didn’t try to help me and I was in pain from having 2 strained ankles.

Not a happy camper from my visit. Called in the morning about getting an x-ray on my right leg and was told no problem so I scheduled an appointment. Got to the facility explained to the receptionist that I have met my out of pocket max, but she insisted I pay my copay before checking me in. Found out once in a room that there was no tech to do an x-ray. The doctor however did examine me and told me I had fluid on the knee and needed a MRI and to go see an orthopedic doctor. Something I knew already and have scheduled for next week.
