Everything was a pretty pleasant experience except for the receptionist. She was super rude, short and not professional. It felt like she was inconvenienced to do her job at all. Same girl came do to vitals on me. Didn't even tell me the numbers, just started leaving the room. I asked if they were good and she just said "yeah". The doctor was really nice and professional so that was redeeming.

I’m very allergic to insect stings, so when my ankle swelled red with streaks, I went to AFC urgent care on Bissonnet. From check-in to technician evaluation to PA diagnosis and prescribing, all was efficient and caring. I appreciate you all, and I will definitely be back.

Temporarily living in Houston and with the different environment started getting a sinus infection. Walked in, was seen right away, and the NP was great at diagnosing and medicating. Check in process was easy and staff were great. Safe location which was a concern for me. Will definitely revisit if needed.

I went and saw Abimbola the NP after I had been experiencing fever for a week. She had excellent communication with me and my family who was over the phone and provided me with reassurance and medical knowledge. I would highly recommend this urgent care center.
