This was a smooth and quick process. The staff was amazing and friendly.

The front desk service and whole office as a whole were absolutely horrible. My mom has hypertension and while we were waiting i ask if someone can check her blood pressure because she kept telling me she was about to pass out, or if there was a time estimate on when she would be seen, the front desk lady tells me that there’s nothing she can do and we had to wait our turn to see the provider, i ask if theres anyone able to take her blood pressure while shes in the waiting room, she tells me to wait my turn and wait to be seen by the provider. So nobody but the provider is able to give a blood pressure reading? The lady at the front desk kept talking under her breath and murmuring as if i was asking her for something absurd and ridiculous. I would never come back to this urgent care nor do I recommend it for anyone. Absolutely disgusting service.

Very easy and everything went smoothly. The staff were very kind and helpful.

I was really happy with our service until I called later to ask a question and the front end girl and the medical assistant had a tone like I was stupid for calling to ask. I just want to make my son feel better so at least I called to ask and didn't just do whatever I wanted.

I wake up when I have fever and caught and runny nose I just came and the have good service there

The front desk are very rude .. I couldn't even ask a question about registration... she was just mad at everyone...

Waiting was long .. overall good staff.  Went in to try to get a medication left with nothing

I had a bad cough that kept me up at nights  and I was concerned and wanted a doctors opinion, I was able to find a 24hour urgent care and got in and out within a hour. Tha fasted I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend 1st Choice Urgent Care

Everything was very easy, doctor and staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
